We welcomed loyal patrons, foodies, media, friends and family to 18 Elm St., to experience an evening of authentic Thai street food. Guests noshed on our infamous Red Curry and Pad Thai; nibbled on Shrimp Sautés, and waited in a sweeping queue for our customized Noodle Soup bar.
For dessert, our Mango Sticky Rice, and Banana Fritters were a sweet tooth hit. We encouraged people to “get flashed” with Thai-inspired Flash Tattoos, a mix of temporary gold and silver gilded designs. For those who desired a refreshing Thai summer cocktail, our sampling drink of the evening, Ginger Melon Sangria was a colourful, zingy sidekick.
With summer heating up in the city, we wanted to share our exclusive recipe with you, in case you want to bring Bangkok Nights into your own summer celebration. Enjoy!
