We invited the CTV Table Talk team to stop by and talk to our Head Chef, William about the ongoing success of one of Toronto’s oldest Thai restaurants. Having opened in 1982, there was not the multicultural variety of restaurants as you see today, so to get people’s attention and keep them coming, fresh food made with authentic ingredients was a must. Chef William has been with Bangkok Garden since the beginning and his love for food is evident in each of his dishes.
